 Some 'short and sweet' instructions on how to change.  This has become one of the more popular articles, simple but if you are not sure how to implement, it can be frustrating.  I've included here because depending on how you search, you may/may not come up with the solution without getting an answer quickly.  Enjoy...

In your Administration panel:

Select: Menus >> Main Menu

Select: Web Links

Select: Parameters (Component) >> Web Links Introduction

Type your message here... if you leave it blank it will default to the phrase "We are regularly out on the Web. When we find a great site we list it."
